1. Who this is between
Provider: OTPInbox.
Customer: the user purchasing credits or number rentals.
2. What you are buying
You buy prepaid credits and/or disposable number rentals delivered digitally through OTPInbox. The features, price and payment details are shown to you at the time of purchase.
3. Price and payment
Current prices are shown on the site in US dollars (USD), and you are charged in US dollars wherever you are. Payment is processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). Applicable taxes are shown or included at checkout.
4. Delivery
The service is digital and delivered immediately after payment is approved: credits are added to your account instantly, and a rented number is provided within seconds.
5. Right to cancel
Because the service is digital and delivered immediately, a purchase cannot be cancelled for a refund once a number has been rented and its delivery has begun. Where consumer law gives you a statutory right to cancel, that right still applies and is not affected by this policy.
6. Refunds
- Failed number: if no code arrives, the number is cancelled, or its time expires, that number's credits are returned to your OTPInbox balance automatically. This is a credit to your balance, not a payment back to your card.
- Unused top-up: a credit top-up is refunded to the original payment method only if no number has been rented with your account since that purchase, and you ask through our support channels within 14 days of purchase.
- No refund after use: once a number has been rented, the top-up is no longer refundable, even if its credits were later returned to your balance. Those credits stay in your account, do not expire and can be used for any service and country.
- Code delivery: whether a code arrives depends not only on us but also on the sending service (for example WhatsApp). We show each country's current success rate before you rent, so a code that did not arrive is not by itself a reason for a payment refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Questions and disputes
